Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for sizing or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at vbzthebrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.
